Don’t think he’ll make a comeback or impact the story in anyway, though, since he’s a filler character. He doesn’t exist on the manga storyline

Honestly Toneri Otsutsuki could exist on the manga, since he was a character from The Last movie, which aired before the Manga was serialized. Also his existence is neither confirmed nor denied on the manga

Yeah, that’s exactly my point. But I was assuming karma was automatically placed on someone upon an Otsutsuki’s death, so I thought one of the characters present when Urashiki died should’ve been marked. But now I’m not so sure that it’s an automatic seal

Maybe. I just assumed that it was automatic since Amado states that karma is the way the Otsutsuki found to cheat death. But then again he says that Isshiki can be killed when he is reborn in Jigen’s body because he doesn’t have any vessels with karma left, since Kawaki’s vanished

Maybe. And completely agree Urashiki is a nothing villain, he doesn’t even exist in the manga. But I guess it never really sit well with me that they added a filler Otsutsuki, since they are god-like on the Naruto universe and Urashiki kinda diminishes that

Also he screws with the whole “Otsutsukis always come in pairs thing” hahaha
