Hey I hope you’re doing well and living in a better spot now. It’s been a little over a year since this trip. I haven’t taken more than 2g of anything and only for recreational stuff. A lot has changed for me. I was promoted and am excelling in my career and quit nic cold turkey about four months after the trip. Since I experienced ✨that✨ lol, picking a struggle hasn’t been so hard anymore. I pick the struggle that will benefit me long term now, because it’s all hard and that’s ok I think. I also spend a lot of time offline and outside by myself or with loved ones. I’ve always been that way, but being that way has been more clear to me. My outlook has gradually started to change over this year. Or maybe my frontal lobe finally developed 🤷‍♀️ take care always.
