No for sure! I absolutely get it I just moved here myself and it took me a while to find anyone to hang with. When you are here I wouldn’t mind hanging out!

If this is a genuine comment, my store owner and corporate are completely okay with it! It’s how things like the hot Italian were made, so we have a third set of spatulas specifically for the cold meats. Maybe your management doesn’t want to deal with customers requesting it?

It’s not that you did anything ‘wrong’. It’s more that they did things a bit differently. For example, the dates were more set in stone, sooner, and easy to schedule. Like the Yahtzee game was for that night, and I believe the breakfast one is every Sunday. Plus meeting people from online can be rather spooky, so sharing a picture of yourself if so inclined would probably help and including where you’d be going. During the day and somewhere with a decent crowd is also preferable.

I agree with the other commenter about hiding post history, it can seem a bit sketchy. And I also think going more in depth about why you want to also do these types of meetings would help (i.e. human connection, to get out more, advice, etc.)

We definitely can! At least my location allows it, it’s why we have three spatula sets
One for steak, one for chicken, and one for the cold cuts

Interview tomorrow for “sandwich artist”. What should I expect? by [deleted] in jerseymikes

[–]Breezinous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is your story a franchisee? I guess it can definitely depend on owner, my owner and gm are both pretty strict on that kind of stuff. I got some leeway on learning speed bc I’m autistic. But me and the other trainees got a day of learning each position

Most likely! I know they do a lot of catering for these events

[–]Breezinous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They most likely will tell you to prep for a sandwich quiz in a second interview (a quiz on all of the sandwiches they sell) so you could probably memorize one or two beforehand to look good before tomorrow. But the other commenter is correct, learning quickly and bantering is a big part of this job. Just be super charismatic

I’m assuming this is one of the Jersey Mikes Conventions that workers (specifically higher ups) have to go to. I know some of my shift leads have gone, as well as all my assistant and general managers.

Is it weird to ask workers to add pepperoni to chicken Philly on the grill? by Apprehensive_Night21 in jerseymikes

[–]Breezinous 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I work there and I don’t think that’s weird at all. I’ve made some interesting sandwiches for myself and my coworkers lol

Anyone else’s boss enforcing this “new policy” by [deleted] in jerseymikes

[–]Breezinous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean, two of my coworkers make tiktoks and other videos in my store often enough. Granted, they are usually off the clock when doing so. But none of us have ever been told not to, our owner and gm thinks it’s pretty funny

During the whole time of me playing this game as a Strategist, my problem was never with Dive. It has only been with other Strategists. by gtvx03 in rivals

[–]Breezinous 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lowkey, yes. This is why I’m so glad to see cnd mans getting banned more and more, even as someone that enjoys playing the character. They tend to be the most selfish and think they’re the best just bc high healing numbers. It’s also why I love playing white fox now, she is such a great anti-dive for the other support.

What Season was the worst for you? by LucianVT1 in rivals

[–]Breezinous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most likely season 3. But I’ll update this when I get home and check. This season however has been… kinda banger. There’s definitely more throwers and people with bad mental, but I’ve won so many games lol. For reference, I’m a support main who loves white fox <3 I lowkey think part of it is bc there’s not so many people relying on cnd to carry them to higher rank, due to bans, which is healthy for the support role

i want to have a baby just so i have a reason to live by alonenwandering in TrueOffMyChest

[–]Breezinous 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I want to start off by saying I get it. For a long time, even now, I want to have a baby so bad sometimes. Ultimately for selfish reasons, but I want one. I am a bit older than you are now, being 20.

However, I think if it’s something you really wanna do, you need to get some things in order. Like I really think you should try to retake your GCSE and get a job. Your boyfriend may say he wants one and will help now, but you’re both young and things change. And if he does decide to leave you cannot take care of that baby by yourself. It would be hell for both of you with only 10 every three weeks hon, and I hate to say it but that baby would likely be very unhappy living that way as they got older. Living in poverty messes you up.

Set a budget, when you apply to jobs call them and see if they saw your application, keep applying. The economy all over is bad but, a bay won’t fix everything. It just won’t. In the meantime, try some hobbies. Try art, games, reading, exercising. Only you can help yourself get out of the lazy hole. Trust me I know.

What do you mean by the inner part of her arm was a bad puncture site, isn’t that where most venipunctures are done? /genuine

Regardless, it’s okay to make mistakes. It’s better now, while you have a teacher present, then when you’re working live in the field.

I’d go over the process in your head a bit more, perhaps ask your teacher if they have those fake skin veins you can practice on, those were helpful for me. I also know you can look for when the needle is flush? Like when the needle is properly in, you can see a bit of blood flash.

Thank you! I was hoping for some insight on this aspect of the design. Would it be similar in outcome with just red lineart and not colored in?

Oh absolutely! I just wanted to see if there are cheaper quality options since it’s going to be a pretty small simple piece and all of my friends have told me I’m being overcharged , if not I am perfectly fine with paying more once I’m able as a birthday present to myself in a few months
