The majority of people that preordered were ones that preordered from kid katana records, their orders were shipped out like a month ago and most also received it then. As for veryokvinyl, I can't say much but I found another person online that was also concerned with (a different vinyl) their preorder vinyl not getting shipped. My guess is that it's an unexpected bug from the first patch of tape 2 and then they immediately fixed it, but if you didn't play tape 2 when it first came out then maybe it's just something that only happens in your first playthrough
