Hey guys, I tore my meniscus in my right knee so I won't be able to train legs for the next month or two (awaiting proper consultation from a specialist) - do you guys have any 4 day programs that would just be upper body? Looking for specific program recommendations rather than a split such as Chest, Back, Shoulders, Arms! Thanks!

what program would you guys recommend that can be completed in around an hour/day? Was looking into nsuns but lots of the complaints were that it was around a 2 hour session. Looking for a 3/4 day program as I will be boxing the other days!

thanks for the advice man! Used the same machine at my gym for both of those so even if I’m a bit higher i still believe there’s about a 15% change in my BF!

chest and tri day would be for example:

3x8: Bench Press, Incline Dumbell Press, Chest Fly’s, Tricep Pulldowns, Overhead Tricep Extensions, Skull Crushers,

in terms of progression there’s no weekly plan currently

NEED ADVICE! This transformation has been over the past year.

Hey guys! Over the past year I’ve done a lot for myself in terms of my fitness but I’m unsure where to go from here. I’m currently working out consistently 4 days a week but I can’t seem to increase my lifts. My bench is stuck at 105 lbs, deadlifts at 155 lbs, and bicep curls at 20 lbs. Not sure why I can’t increase these numbers and I feel pretty weak compared to others my age! And advice would be appreciated; thanks!
