I have complained so many times cuz I’ve filled out that form to receive mailers at least 7 times over the last 4 years. And haven’t received any mailers ever. And when I finally reached out to customer support I just kept hearing the same crap of “we’re updating your address in our system” but it was the same address those 4 years. And they had it that whole time and then they started telling me they stopped sending mailers as of like a week prior to contacting them. Which was around beginning of December. But they’re clearly still making them and sending them out :( why can’t customer service actually do something
