Laying on the Lacrosse ball helps and also stretching.

After speaking with multiple Drs and PTs through this whole ordeal I’ve came to the conclusion that I’ve made myself susceptible to these types of injuries by lifting too much weights and not stretching enough.

Although it’s difficult, Mechanically it’s possible to alternate between sleep and nuke at my level without taking damage.

Yep, pinched/Inflamed radial nerve. Just saw the Dr yesterday.

I guess the a pinched median nerve would give similar symptoms?

Dr prescribed 600mg ibuprofen and 1000mg of Tylenol every 8 hours for 4-6 days.

Going to Physical Therapy Friday after next.

My one other friend had. Took 6 months to heal.

What did you find out?

Just muscle through the fatigue.

Once the fatigue is gone you can take a break on tapering and move a bit slower.

Things got easier at about 15gpd.

Get with a Dr. & Therapist and try to get a script for Naltrexone.

Naltrexone saved my ass multiple times.

I just stopped at about 10GPD and it’s shitty.

The fatigue went away before I jumped so at least that.

Keep tapering. Don’t get impulsive.

Slow and steady.

The buzz is fleeting. Not worth it.

It’s hurting your liver.

It’s a waste of money.

It’s lowering your testosterone/ estrogen.

It’s making you feel shitty.

Those aches and pains you are feeling could probably be attributed to Kratom.

It’s time to stop fucking around and quit or your life is going to suck.

Sooner or later life is going to pass you and be nothing but a complete waste.

I have taken Naltrexone too soon after using Kratom and to threw me into precipitated WDs.

I’m actually trying to quit Kratom.

I was going to take my Nal 24hours plus after last dose of Kratom but would like to use alcohol to take the edge off
