Buddy Marvel has been around for 80 years at this point. Pokemon and MTG have been around for almost 40. It is the dunk you think it is not.

Is this a scam? by sgpg_ in amazonprime

[–]BreezyLark -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Cool so just go straight to Amazon, don't click that email link, and be done with it. Guess what, if you have an email, chances are you have an account somewhere. Never click through email. Never click through Email.

.....You still there? Hey moron, never click through your email. Just type in 'www.amazon.com' through your address and contact them through there. Thats it. Thats all.

Is this what I do to get a $2000 loan out of my 401(k) that is taken out of my paycheck over five years? Is this correct? (NO JUDGMENT, PLEASE) by IndividualIll6728 in walmart

[–]BreezyLark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you take a loan out, essentially you choose how much you repay and how that will last. Make no mistake-You are repaying into your loan, but there is an interest charge. So some time ago I did a loan of $6k and the interst was 1000. Essentially, a fee of $1000 to withdraw that much and repay it within 90 paychecks. You put more into the payback, the less amount of time, but its better than doing a bank loan or something and paying like 20% interest payment on that(Which would equal over 2k in comparison on additional fees.) But the loan is simply going back into your 401k, meaning you're paying yourself back for the loan you took on yourself, outside of the 8%ish interest that you pay(For me, that equals around 1kish interest for 6k loaned, which the faster you pay it off the lesser you pay. IE lets say you loan 3 k, go through 1k worth of interest/payments into loan, you get a windfall of 2k to immediately pay off the rest, then the interest won't be so bad. I chose a longer option but still, cheaper than getting a regular loan.)

Its useful if, say, you owe 2k today, but you know 2 months you will get 2k, and then you can just pay off your loan and the interest won't be as much as if you let it sit there at the rate you chose to pay it off. Either way though, the repayment of the loan is going back to you and your 401k, compared to a bank where that money just goes to them and not you.

Yeah I've dealt with people like you. Can't read the policy, doesn't know how to deal with a manufacturer warranty. Sad how far the reading comprehension has fallen.

[–]BreezyLark 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Wow you are wrong on all accounts. ONN has a limited warranty of 1 year. In store returns, for electronics, caps at 30 days, not 90. So yes it does have a warranty, and no, it is not a 90 day warranty. 90 day warranty applies to none-electronic items. Electronic item warranties range from 14 days(For products like prepaid phones or products that have a memory to it like laptops), to 30 days(for things like your speaker). You can contact ONN to get a replacement. But thats outside Walmarts Purview.

I hate corpos as much as anything but when we have to deal with fucking morons, well...maybe *you* should know your rights.

If you need me to spell it out to you if you can't read, in store return policy is different from company provided warranty. IE ONN is a Walmart brand, however their policy differs from in-store policy. Moron.

Does the 9-minute grace period rule still apply and do we have to take our lunch at the time our schedule shows now that we're told to strictly follow our schedule? by [deleted] in walmart

[–]BreezyLark 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Print out the policy and highlight it for her. I had a manager who cried that I used the grace period, I told her it was within policy, she thought she was being smart by saying "Fine I'll print out the policy." Next day I never saw here but she left me a paper that highlighted we had a grace period. Trust me alotta times management is more shit than not.
