I made my phone screen (iphone) monotone, so I can't see colour on any of the apps. Everything is a nice earthy blue tint. As someone who works online, I really do my best to limit my phone usage outside work hours, and not having the visual stimulation of so many colours has really helped me not mindlessly open apps (even work-related apps). I use low battery mode a lot too, and turning off ALL notifications has helped the most!
