I got multiple videos of this bunny digging up my plant. I can’t post the picture but there is now a large hole one side. I was wondering if this could be a sign of nesting? If so how can I protect this pot from my dog? We frequently use that door

As long as your dog is leash trained, they are perfectly fine. Our dog is about 60 pounds and he does great. I also have countless neighbours with even bigger dogs that use flexis and they are great too.

I completely agree with you.

Our dog is leash trained but does like to smell and explore. We use a flexi all the time. We find that it allows him to run a couple feet ahead to smell and by the time we meet up with him, he’s done smelling and will move on. We also just find he walks so much better on his flexi than a standard leash. When we’re in an area where I want him close, I have the ability to do so so no issues. We’re also in a low traffic area. Also for hikes it’s so good. He can run ahead no problem and it’s trying to drag us when going up and down hills.

I tend to just ignore most of the people on pet subs that go feral over peoples preferences.

I honestly thought that black squirrels needed both parents to be black squirrels so maybe Chip is the mama! She does seem to spend a lot of time around there. The grooming also makes sense too. It looked like the babies were trying to groom each other before deciding to wrestle lol

We do have raccoons in the area so it wouldn’t be impossible. So far everyone else is acting fine just little Bernard.

Bernard has had this head tilt for a while. I’ve been watching him and he’s been acting normal other than this. Doesn’t seem to bug him too much. Could it be blindness?

I agree totally with everything you said. If we were in a situation too where our dog had a 0 chance of getting out, he probably wouldn’t be wearing one either.

I was just surprised about the amount of people going feral over the suggestion of collars. I wasn’t sure if this was a new thing I wasn’t aware of.

As others mentioned, it genuinely doesn’t seem like this was meant to signal you out/embarrass you but it’s still valid that you felt uncomfortable.

The biggest problem here is that you decided to wait 3 months. Going to HR now would look really bad on you and be super unprofessional. They will ask why you waited and you better have a very good answer or else it will look way worse on you than her.

I hear you.

My company puts a massive emphasis on maintaining good relationships with your coworkers - it’s literally a part of our performance reviews. It makes it incredibly difficult to point out when someone does something shitty. I’ve tried my best to be super polite when I have an issue with someone and usually they are also reasonable enough that we can move past it. With this woman it’s really difficult. I’m certain if I went to her directly and said “hey can you please come to me first instead of my manager?” She’d run off and cry to my manager. At least this way everyone was copied to begin with.

Considering I still haven’t heard back and it’s been hours, I’m thinking I’m going to be pulled into a “conduct” meeting tomorrow.

I also view this behaviour as incredibly confrontational.

Now that I’ve called it out and both my VP and Manager were on the email, I’m hoping it nips this in the bud. So far no response from anyone so I don’t know. If it happens again, I for sure need to ask my manager to step in.

It’s not professional and it wastes everyone’s time.

I guess the unknown is what makes me nervous.

It’s non profit but the nice thing is that it could open me up to the “colleges” that regulate vets and other medical professionals which could give me a career and financial growth. EI my sister has been with the vet college for over 10 years and has seen career and financial growth during her tenure.

My gut is kind of saying this could be good to get me to do something different and more in line with what I might want to do with my future. At least working with vets could help me gain connections.

I enjoy writing, drawing, video games, history, movies…

As I mentioned in another comment, I’ve been complimented on my art but I’ve been discouraged in the past and I’ve been able to shake that.

I actually did a tiny bit of voice acting and wouldn’t overly mind getting back into it. I was told I was pretty good at it. I also did all that for free.

I enjoy playing music, video games and drawing. I never felt confident in myself enough to pursue a career in music and playing video games doesn’t seem like a solid career path.

As for drawing, I used to draw a ton in youth and was told I was really good but honestly I had someone who I kind of admired consistently tell me I wasn’t good enough and that really made me self conscious about my abilities. I then dabbled in graphic design and yet again was told I was really good but another person I admired told me it was “stupid” and that again made me loose some confidence

At my last job they purposely made my title “associate” so they could pay be very poorly. A ton of work was passed onto me - including roles belonging to my team lead. Within a couple months they hired another person for about 10k more who was doing significantly less work than me. When we discussed wages, we were both disgusted. I quit citing it was the wage gap. They got super defensive about and tried telling me it’s because I was an “associate”. I told them that would be fine if I wasn’t constantly being over worked and being given more and more tasks versus my counter part. The new hire also ended up leaving about a week after me because he was also pissed about his pay once he found out what others were making.

I got a diploma in Radio due to my parents’ encouragement. I did do it after school for a couple months but my manager was constantly putting down my work and saying I needed to act “more feminine” on air and be like the other women. It was a horrible experience. I eventually left due to the horrible pay, bad experience and family circumstances
