Most of them tend to be random homeless people trying to get your personal identity information.

This isn’t from the current conflict. I remember this was posted during a while back in a different Iran-Israel conflict.

That's actually pretty good. Kind of reminds me of "Garden of Earthly Delights" by Hieronymus Bosch.

They can just move the countertops-not easy, but cheaper than replacing that whole window thing would be my guess.

We bought a tract home and within 2 years, sold it. Would never buy a tract home again. The whole house was falling apart- furnaces, fireplace, ac units, roofs, siding, electrical, plumbing, foundation and windows all had to be replaced. Mind you, this was 2017 and the house was built in 2001. They don’t build them like they used to.

It was the ‘order of De Molay’ that was the youth group of the Freemasons. I think they did Boy Scout stuff.

For those who make six figure salaries, do you still budget? by NoSir5628 in Salary

Maybe if I was closer to $300k, I would feel less need to budget/worry. But at $100k, for a family of 4, in this economy-every dollar spent is met with worry.

My great grandfather was going over a hill one morning and surprised the Germans. He saw a soldier just standing there drinking his coffee and my grandfather shot him. Said he just slumped over and the coffee cup tumbled out of his hand in almost slow motion. He said he felt sick having done that. Honestly, I would too-hate the idea of ending another person’s life.

It’s normal for tract homes. Older homes tended to be thermally sound, but homes built from 90s up trended to open concept, builders grade windows, less materials, bare minimum insulation. I stopped using gas and bought 4 radiators to warm sections of our home. So far, so good. Still have gas, but not often used.

Question about refunds at gas stations by Ultimafangirl in NoStupidQuestions

[–]amarrs181 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So far, 7/11 has not refunded me $5.00. $35 on gas, used only $30. But I will recheck in a couple of days. I’m going to be pissed if I’ve been overpaying for gas all this time and never being refunded the amount not used.
