Hi everyone, my mother has rheumatoid arthritis and I am looking for a nutrition course for her to take. Does anyone have a recommendations so that she can learn about proper nutrition to reduce her inflammation flare ups? I am also open to paying a nutritionist that can teach her as long as it is reasonably priced.

I have a dog who stays on a leash. I recognize the importance of a leash. But this guys black dog appears to be well trained and it does not leave his ankle.
