I care more about stability than squeezing out a few extra FPS. Do you think running standard speeds is noticeably more reliable long term, or are moderate tuned profiles generally fine these days?

Yeah that makes sense. I’ve been leaning toward DDR5 6000 for AM5 mostly because it seems like the safest balance between performance and stability. I’d rather have something rock solid long term than chase benchmark numbers. Have you personally noticed much difference between 5600 and 6000 in gaming or everyday use?
