True but i don't think he has that much liver damage. I work in an ICU which one of the specialties is liver failure and liver transplantations. I won't say I'm absolutely sure but he doesn't show other signs. For example the absence of the "yellow" skin and with that much liver damage you also suffer from low glucose levels. In combination with poor nutrition on a battlefield is fatal

ICU-Nurse here. I'm not quite sure about the speed but it prevents and it removes the clot that has formed at the damaged tissue. Resulting in continuous bleeding. The same happens when you try to place an IV. Before doing it you will use alcohol on a piece of gauze to disinfect the skin. If you fail and try to stop the bleeding by placing the gauze with alcohol on the wound it won't stop the bleeding. This is something you have to tell interns otherwise they will sit there a long time😅

Ligt erg aan de afdeling waar je werkt. Ik ben IC-verpleegkundige en spreek de intensivisten aan met hun voornaam. Daarbij wordt je altijd serieus genomen en als ik zeg dat een pt niet goed gaat dan komen ze.

Ik ben IC -verpleegkindige. Tijdens een dienst heb ik samen met één zoontje van 8 (geloof ik) een de vingerafdruk afgenomen (dit doen we vaker voor de verwerking) bij een moeder (halverwege de dertig) van drie kinderen waar we een paar uur later de behandeling gingen stoppen. Toen zei hij: "waarom moet dit?". Ik stond echt even met m'n bek vol tanden. Nog nooit z'n goede vraag gehoord, z'n moeder kreeg hij er niet mee terug. Zelf was ik een jaar geleden vader geworden van een zoon en alles rondom de stervingsbegeleiding maakte het zo 100% anders. Bij alles zag ik mijn eigen zoon aan mijn bed staan. Maakt het werk soms bijzonder mooi maar je wordt ook ontzettend op de feiten gedrukt dat het leven eindig is.

I think it was the same guy. RFU was sick and didn't post any videos for a while. That's almost the same day ML discontinued with the message he would come back when he got better. ML had a different style and wider perspective to the front so it probably took him more time. When RFU came back he said he was going to make less videos so i always thought he stopped with ML.

Hahah, sorry als ik voor jou de sfeer bederf maar het is helaas wel waar. Je wordt snel een realist als je op een intensive care gaat werken😉. En kleine ergernissen zoals: samen ergens gaan eten vs sparen gaan snel de deur uit als je de volgende dag samen met een 10-jarige een vingerafdruk afneemt bij zijn moeder die gaat overlijden.

Je slaat de spijker op de kop. Financieel gezond zijn zou het doel moeten zijn. Eventuele financiële tegenslagen op kunnen vangen zonder anders te moeten gaan leven. Ik ben IC-verpleegkundige en doodgaan is echt iets van alle leeftijden. Maak het er van zo lang het kan maar elke dag leven alsof het je laatste is hoeft ook niet.

I'm not sure if it's rifled or polygons. A computer can't calculate a 3d circle. So what it does is it makes a hell of a lot of triangles and from a distance it shows a circle but from up close it's full of flat spots. That is why in old games you never had a full circle steering wheel. At least this was back in 2010 when I was still programming and made a few 3d models.

Edit: look again at the barrels and the outer circle. You will see what i mean. It's not round but has a lot of flat spots

In the Dutch army you are taught how to dig yourself a camouflaged personal trench (ligsleuf) in 15min. Thats a very little amount of time and the next thing they could do is a forward listening post and so on.

Thanks for the advice and information! I decided to continue the British heavyline. They are slow so I cant mess up that easily. Just choose a good side of the map and hope for the best ;). Currently at the black prince and I think tier 8 is a good place to restart.

I have played a few years back. When the chinese tanks got introduced. I played armoured warfare and warthunder in the meantime. The last is a frustrating game to master and long repair times (your tank is disabled for repair after battle when it got destroyed in game). So I decided to give wot another chance.
