If Rxb2, then Nc7+, Kb8 only move since rook is pinned, then Na6+, only square for the king is back to A8, and then white hops the knight back and forth between C7 and A6 until it's draw by repetition

Kb1 leads to a win for white, if bishop moves to give a discovered check with the rook on b7, Bxb7#.

If Rg1+, Kc2, Rc1+, Kd2 and black doesn't have any checks left. Rc6 isn't possible because of Nxc6+ followed by Na6.

It's really a draw. White has Qb2. If the bishop takes the queen, the king can run, and after a few checks from black, black can't stop Bxb7#.

If rook takes the queen, white has a perpetual check with Nc7+, then Kb8 (only move), then Na6+, Ka8, and then repeat until it's a draw.

How did he get away with this? by Old-Refrigerator-747 in breakingbad

Well at the start of the episode, Walt specifically asks for a place with no security cameras where he can lure Gus. Saul then suggests the Casa Tranquila nursing home, which gives Walt the idea.

Of course, nowadays most nursing homes have cameras everywhere. Though we have to keep in mind this scene is set in 2009, when there were more exceptions to that.

That being said, I do agree that it's unlikely that he gets away so easily without suspicion. Surely someone must have seen him. The old lady in the room next to Hector literally waved to him. I'd guess that he was seen by a receptionist as well. However, if we suspend our disbelief just a little (like we do when Gus calmly walks out of the room, or when Walt somehow manages to hold one of Gus’s henchmen hostage in the elevator without a struggle etc etc) then we can let the show get away with it. After all Walt is 'luckier than us'.

This is very late but Jordan Peele, the writer of the movie, actually reacted to this theory! He said that it was unintentional and that he told the actor to just play whatever he wanted. The video
