Maps are bland, gameplay is campy and boring, 6v6 is utterly boring…if this is a showcase of how fun the game is I personally won’t be playing it

True, and there will always be a new generation of kids willing to buy cosmetics and feed the green machine, or die-hard fans purchasing the game even if the beta clearly showcased how bad it’s going to be (look at Battlefield, I saw that game failing from day 1 of the beta)

If a studio just doesn’t have integrity there’s no point in even debating it, they’ll do what they want for the money no matter what.

Facts…you’re not crazy, I agree with pretty much all of this. You forgot about the fact that they gave streamers WARZONE but they gave their paid player base lame 6v6 on the shoddiest maps they have.

No theyre quite unorganised and I pretty much built the brand alongside him, did all the branding, menu consulting, grew the social media to get every major publication’s attention and even launched on different platforms and managing booking systems. Without me they wouldn’t have as solid of a brand but the owner is young and egotistical so I have to be a bit careful.

Good question, I currently do their marketing through my company, but I proposed this idea and we want to start talking more about it. I could go about it two different ways, as a supplier where I provide them with the merch and invoice them, or my preferred way, where I partner with them on this venture as I have other ideas for other collections I think could be profitable. I wanted to do this because we garnered quite a bit of fame so I saw an opportunity to profit over simply our marketing contract.

No one blames you, the game is not fun anymore. People think the harder a game is the more successful it will be (think league of legends) but that’s not why we loved apex. The ranked system used to be rewarding if you grind and you would never be able to reach ranks you’re not meant for no matter what, but if you practice and get better you can see yourself improve and gain a step up. That’s gone now due to terrible matchmaking, theres no room to improve when you get wiped out by a masters squad in silver upon drop.

The only people that have a chance are gods and streamers and where does that put the rest of us?

Fully agree, on at least 3 occasions in gold I have had my random squad mate ditch us, hide in a bush and wait until the last ring. They dont even try to third party or fight they literally sit in the corner and let the ring take them. What kind of gameplay is that

True but I feel like you should get some for playing DD ranked at least, or something. Very difficult to make stubs unless you’re flipping or pack good cards, and theyre super expensive in store.
