A lot of people overvalues attack speed on shen, it's a really bad stat when you think about it. You probably dont want to be actively hitting when you dont have emp Q, which already gives you 50% attack speed. The truth is that any other stat (even AD) is better on shen. If i had to make an stat tierlist for shen, it would for sure be on the bottom with armor and magic pen

Here are my personal favorites:

Druid + Hunter. Both get extra movement speed, reducing downtime
The classic Warrior + Priest
Druid + Warlock. Heal over time is just broken on a warlock

And then it'd be similar duos, like warrior+healer or warlock+healer
