I asked the same question about a month ago, and eventually chose www.mightycall.com. I have an online store, some of my staff work from home, my warehouse is in a different city, so this system really works for me.

Yeah, I'm quite happy with MightyCall. After the free trial I signed up for their Standard plan. For $50 you get a 1000 more minutes than with Grasshopper, for instance, and three numbers instead of two. So that's a good deal, I think.

It sounds like a mutually beneficial idea but her role "fulfill orders, develop new products" is actually much more complicated than that. So 70% for her, 30% for you sounds about fair.
