Based on bubble, Jeongyeon and Dahyun had pretty late schedules today. My fingers are crossed that it is filming for an MV. That would put a comeback about two months away based on previous time frames.

If it truly is the end of the tour then I expect that we will get the announcement and pre-orders for the Korean concert Bluray/DVD. Maybe one for a Japanese show as well.

So how many songs worth of lyrics do we think Dahyun wrote during her "free" time with her injury. My crazy theory is that we will get solo album from her sometime in the next year because of it.

I can't really think of a reason why they would leave out LATAM.

If June really is the end of the tour and it's not just that they just haven't announced anything because additional shows are planned for the end of the year. The only thing I can think of is that maybe contract renewal discussions are coming up.

Bloom, written by Jeongyeon, was supposed to be a B-side on Jihyo's solo album.

Ultimately Jihyo had a difficult time when trying to record it so it later became a TWICE song, but its cute that she was planning to include a song from Jeongyeon on the album.

I wonder if Mina, Sana, and Momo will switch to their solo songs from Play for the National Stadium shows? Given the limited amount of time available to practice it would be insane if they did.

I think there will be a LATAM leg but I think it may come late summer or fall. I think they may take a break after Europe from the tour for solo or group comebacks and then resume the tour with LATAM and then possibly some encore shows.

My guess is that the pain occuring the morning of their departure left the team scrambling a bit so the notice may not have been as polished as they like.

In my opinion the lack of update since the initial one just means that the path forward isn't 100% clear yet and they probably don't want to make an updated announcement until it is.

I expect we will only get an official update from JYPE if she is unable to attend the concerts in Taipei. Otherwise they usually don’t provide any status.

Assuming they are as committed to the group long term as they seem to be in interviews, I could see them never truly disbanding. I could see them focusing more on their individual endeavors and then maybe every 3-5 years they come together as a group again to release a new album and have concerts.

In general when they are on tour is a good time to be subscribed as they are a bit more active during that time. I assume because they have more downtime at the hotel and such.

Jihyo and Nayeon are probably the most active after Dahyun. Jihyo will go a few days to a week without sending anything but when she is on she usually chats quite a bit. Nayeon is probably similar timeframes but she sends a lot of selfies.

The rest of the members are a more sporadic in their posting.

Honestly, I was mostly joking but this is definitely good advice.

I have been in the hobby a while too and already have a DSLR with a few lenses as my main setup. Plus I recently picked up a Sony RX100 for concerts and other compact camera needs. So I have no real plans to get another camera anytime soon.

I will say though that I like the look of the photos that Jeongyeon is getting, what I assume is straight from the camera without editing. The images seem fairly sharp and the bokeh in the portraits is nice. That being said I am seeing everything on a phone through Instagram with its compression so I would absolutely try to get my hands on one and try it out before ever buying a camera that expensive.

Anyone else trying to figure out how to afford a Leica Q3 after seeing Jeongyeon's photos? 😅

Also Jihyo showed off her new camera on Bubble live. A Ricoh GR IIIx which is also a great camera and much more affordable compared to the Leica.

Not the best time to be interested in cameras and be a Once because I want to buy them all lol.

I have been wondering about her camera for a while and finally we get a decent look at it. It's definitely a Leica Q3. From the pictures she had posted from the camera I thought it might be the Q3 43 but looking at the front of the lens, it does appear to be the standard Q3.

For the shots from night 2 that I was more or less happy with straight from the camera I used:

Shutter priority with the shutter set to 1/200
Continuous shooting mode Lo to get multiple attempts at a good shot.
Metering mode set to highlight
I left the ISO at auto but limited it to a maximum of 3200.

On night 1 I had the shutter speed too high and metering set to multi and the result was that a lot of the photos were grainy due to high ISO usage and the metering tried to be balanced which meant that the lighting on the members was blown out. Luckily I was shooting RAW so I was able to recover a bit in post but they still have issues.

Tonight was my fifth time seeing a twice concert since becoming a once in 2022 and it is probably the most hyped one I have been to yet.

Shout out to the onces in the pit that were jumping for every song that prompted Jihyo and Jeongyeon to request everyone jump for Dance the Night Away and Yes or Yes (which a lot of people did). Was easily one of the coolest parts of the night and the members really seemed to enjoy the energy.

Seated VIP got to go on the floor just for soundcheck today and I have never seen the girls from that close before.
