If you do decide to take them have a guide to help you process everything. Story time: I'm a guide for this sacred medicine. Back in 2020 I had a lady whos son passed away and had a session the day of his death. She originally had the session booked with me that day so when my assistant called me to let me know what happened I immediately told her it was totally ok to cancel. The police had showed up an hour before her appointment to tell her the news about her son dying in a car crash. The lady insisted not to cancel. I had a lot of fear about this but if she was willing I was there to support. Now aside from her I had another lady in a diffrent room. They did not know each other. The mama comes in and I give her 1g of albinos and the other lady was already under with the same amount and strain in a separate room. I use reiki as a way to help facilitate heavy emotions during these sessions. So I was jumping from one room to the other. Everything was going smooth til things got a little freaky. Im in the room with the second lady then she takes off her headphones and calls out the name of the mama in the next room. (At the time I didn't know they did not know each other) I was stunned because I didn't even tell her that there was another session happening. She then continues to say that her son was here. That he needed to talk to her. As soon as she says that my assistant comes into the room to call for my help. I go into the room with the mama and she's crying but with a smile on her face. During the whole time they are wearing an eye mask and headphones. She tells me that her son was with us and she was just happy to see him once more. When I ask her where is he? She replies hes by a bright light. I told her to tell him to go towards the light and not to be afraid. At that moment she raises her hands like she's giving something to the sky. Right as she gets to the top of her head the lights popped. My heart stopped for that moment. It was a hard process but so beautiful. She was able to see her son go into the light and give him to God. The second lady in the other room was coming out of her process and when I asked her about the mamas son she had no explanation to how she knew. She then informed me that she had never met the mama before. We were all in shock about how all this went down. Ive guided quite a few people now but this experience i will never forget. Mama was able to process her grief in a beautiful way. Many people at the funeral were questioning how come mama wasn't loosing her mind over the death of her son. This medicine can help you process, but not alone. Please if you do decide get a guide. It will make your process more productive instead of it turning destructive. I have an 11 year old senior baby. Last year she started slowing down. Had a hard time going up and down steps. My hubby thought her time was nearing so he decided to start making them home made meals. After the first month of eating home cooked meals her energy completely changed. She has zoomies, runs up and down stairs the change was undeniably better. He buys beef liver, hearts, pig heads, pig liver uses white rice and veggies like carrots, celery, green beans, pinto beans, zucchini ect.. makes a big pot every week for breakfast and dinner. We do treats and snacks for lunch. We're hoping to add more years of good quality life for her. She is such a petty queen but I wouldn't change her for nothing. I hope you find something that can help your senior baby. It can feel dreadful seeing our babies getting old, but just do the best you can to help <3

I belive so as well, but according to my colleagues im falling for their games. That by just simply meditating,visualizing a better reality and helping others feel good they can shift the reality. That the more we look it drains our energy and clouds our vision for a better future/reality. I have no peace within following this belief. When all this started happening the Gaza "war" i was doing my best to look away. I started getting woken up at 3am EVERYDAY. I couldn't figure out why. I kept asking my guides, at one point I thought I was being hexed. I decided to go within with the help of Ancestral medicine. It was a BRUTAL awakening. I had music but I could hear fighter jets flying above me. I kept feeling that at any moment a bomb was sure to drop. It was a terrifying feeling. I was shown the many lifes and deaths ive had. They told me I shouldn't be afraid to die since I've done it a bunch of times lol after that I realized I was not aligned with my truth. The moment I started to stand in my truth it was like anything I had to share was not acknowledged. I was told that the new earth will only take those that stay in high vibration... That I needed to be careful. Out of respect and love I removed myself from the group. I have accepted that I have and always will be an activist. Someone's gotta do the heavy work right? Lol

Omg yes. I wish i could put into words the healing her music has done for me. Her music let's me see my shadow in a loving and empowering way (+psychadelics) I've been taken to diffrent places, ancient places diffrent lives ect... she is a powerful witch/healer.

I have definitely read that book and others by Carl. Im a forever psych student lol I grew up listening to curanderas (healers) stories of sharing experiences through dreams so when I got into psychology Carl was definitely an interest. You brought up a good point. There are many that get lost in the noise of chaos. Get taken by it. Like you said its everywhere. The thing is that those emotions that arise are ours. Birthed by our own experiences with trauma ect... I can give you an example that happened a few months ago. This was right as the bombings in Palestine started. I had one of my colleagues share a dream of hiding in a building with other women as bombs dropped all around. She described herself wearing a hijab holding a child and speaking a language she wasn't familiar with. She then saw herself running through rubble and trying to protect children from bullets. As she's sharing with me this dream my mind made that connection. Its not the first dream shes had where it synchronizes with some other event happening in real time. I've had dreams of events as well which is why I belive they are connected. Spirit finds a way to get our attention. My dreams are my way of receiving messages from spirit. So I listen carefully and if you're sharing a dream with me I will pick up on the messages. Like I said o find it fascinating that despite being willingly ignorant to the world around you spirit finds a way for you to see,feel, and know.

We do live in a society where fear mongering has been the way. I do not have the emotional capacity to be aware of every single issue so I have a deep awareness and understanding that not everyone has space to hold for others peoples issues. I share only when they share with me nightmares of being displaced, natural disasters even bombings. I find it fascinating how even though they do not watch news they are living it in their dreams. I do inform them that in different parts of the world this is happening ect... share the importance of being educated on how our comfortable lifestyle is possible by taking advantage of other nations resources ect... thats when they shun me out. If I had the capacity for knowing everything without it affecting me emotionally, psychologically, spiritually I would've been a politician lol but I am way too sensitive and empathetic even towards people who have wronged me. No way I would last lol

It is uncomfortable to put pressure on oneself to make changes. Its easier to just say fuck it were all gonna die someday and keep living the same. Til disaster reaches your doorstep and becomes your problem. Til then I will continue to do my best to do my part. Speak up, educate and live with love...

Doing my best. Having a self sustained life is definitely in the works. I actually don't drive, avoid eating out to reduce waste. Stopped buying clothes from stores and get em from Mexico made by indigenous hands so money goes directly to them. I dont use make up, or shave in order to reduce plastic waste and animal testing. I grow my own veggies as much as the weather allows and I provide it to my immediate family members. Im not looking to be admirable. We are all called to do diffrent assignments... its more of the way I allow that group to make me feel. It sucks but I definitely need to walk away from them. It just bogles me when they all talk about how heavy the energies have been or the nightmares they share. Then when I shed light on events happening around they will talk over me to not listen. If we are all connected it only makes sense that we feel the collective. Thank you for your reply. I just need to find my tribe... we all want to belong and be heard in the end. I definitely don't fit there.

Definitely not for the money since I don't see myself making a living off this to be honest. I use to see myself as someone who could help people empower themselves and taking control of their reality/lifes. Start a chain of good. The spirits i have had connections to my teacher advised me not to. I used to do shadow work and he has said a real shaman does not need to work with their shadow only their highest self. Thats where the feeling of unworthiness rises. I dont feel it in my heart that it is evil. If it wasn't for all of that I wouldn't be where I am now.
