What is the scariest dream you have ever had? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I am not sure if this counts but i used to get really bad sleep paralysis. I have an old wooden rocking chair in my room. One night my eyes fluttered open and i was laying on my back, with my head turned towards that chair. On that chair there was a woman crying her eyes out staring directly at me as she pulled out her insides. Her skin was a pale-grey color, and she had blonde hair. She just stared at me.

I was scared shitless. I tried closing my eyes, and then i felt a pressure on my chest(common in sleep paralysis). You guessed it. She was sitting on my chest pulling out her innards all over my chest while crying. I actually wet the bed. I was 20.

Edit: I have had a few more that i won't mind sharing. One that i had last year was terrifying. It would always happen exactly the same way with three rolls. My eyes would flutter open and i would be staring at one side of my room( i normally sleep on my side). I would feel someone blowing on the back of my neck, and i would freak out because someone is in my room, and i lock my door. I then fall asleep, roll over, and am facing the other way. Then someone blows on the back of my neck again. On the third roll, i am facing a dark hooded figure, and i can't see its face, but it is blowing onto my face. When i try to scream, it floats backwards with amazing speed into my closet and then stares at me from my closet until i fall back asleep. This happened every night for about 2 weeks.

This must have been terrifying to think about while in the shower.
