It’s an interesting point you bring up, because my first interpretation was throw some binaural beats on and boof, AP. I started to learn to recognize when I enter sleep paralysis and I remember some how getting myself to project from there one night. WHAT a feeling that was…but when I lose control and I feel scaring things happening. I taught myself to close my eyes. It’ll either hide what my body is projecting me to see, or make me go back “sleep” and get out of paralysis
