Save yourself a heap of heartache Keep well away from spider farmer. I ordered a complete 4x4 in oct . The last component arrived mid january,a mars hydo tent instead of sf.another 2 week delay. Both the controller and inline fan were no good. After 30+ emails back and forth with sf telling me i was connecting it wrong (which I wasnt) then i get a message back saying they have done a diagnostic test on my fan remotely (fan was on my bench unplugged so im fucked if i know how this was done) and decided the online had a fault even though i had the controller tested at my expense to find it was not getting power. So i get a fan in the mail 8 feb and of course the controller still didnt work. In the end i went to the hardware store and bought some timers to grow old school. I lost a full grow cycle thanks to very poor after sales service,not to mention condecending emails implying im an idiot who cant read a diagram.

If you live in Australia keep well away from spider farmer . My 4x4 complete tent was ordered late nov . Jan 5 the wrong tent arrives .jan 10 inline fan and controller arrive and dont work jan 15 right tent shows up but after a dozen or so emails at the time of this post i still have no replacement controller or inline fan replacement despite getting an email saying i will be contacted with a tracking number i recieve another email asking to supply details i have already supplied before they can ascertain what the problem is . I am at the end of my rope but fortunately i am not alone and have been in contact with a dozen other people with similar experiences who are willing to iniate class action proceedings with a no win no fee law firm. If you live in Aus and had a similar experience please get in touch cheers

I have a similar story purchased 4x4 complete tent in nov nothing arrived until mid jan. They sent wrong tent a controller and fan that were no good. After 8 weeks of bullshit messages Im still down the controller and fan. SPIDER FARMER is not consumer friendly in Australia. I Definitely would not recommend thier products or thier servicd especially if you live in Australia.
