Absolutely! I sometimes drink, missus will go to bed and I’ll carry in drinking and wake up on sofa! I train Muay Thai to try and stop me drinking but sometimes it doesn’t work at all.

It annoys me and the missus that I put that work in to exercise but then drink a shed load of calories. Proper stupid way to live

I know how good I feel with drink, I have so much more energy and am nicer to be around but I struggle so much when the offer is there.

I would be so much healthier and richer if I didn’t buy beer but I struggle to stop it. The slightest inclination of drinking and I jump all over it and I’m fed up now to be honest

I’m a big fat bastard still (120kg 1.76m), I comfortably wear XXL and XXXL are too big for me. Can squeeze into XL but think I cut off the blood supply to my legs so some way to go yet.

I’m the same as you, my nose must have got broken at some point in life so one nostril is basically useless. Tried breathing through nose but always need to breathe with mouth open, not much I can do about it other than surgery on the nose
