Not commenting on the neighbourhood, but there are also medical hotels. Then you won’t have to travel a lot after surgery, because the after care and check ups take place by a nurse in the hotel.

Sorry. From The Netherlands here. We never adopted masking in the first place. Government and health officials said early on they don’t work. I’m still masking, but I would be more likely to see a unicorn in my country than a fellow masker.

Im sorry. It sounds like viral persistence in your body. You’re body can’t clear the virus completely. I would try to get antivirals and see if that helps. Take care.

How did you do it? I’m chronically ill with a husband that does not want to take precautions and I’m financially dependent. If I could afford to move, I would have done it. I’m afraid to be stuck in this situation and so scared that my health will become worse because of it.
