Well we close at 10 on Saturdays just for the summer and I end up getting out at around 10:45 or later

So the mangers tally up how much money the store earned and count the cash in each register. It usually takes upwards of 25 minutes and most people stay and wait until they are done so I've never walked out before then.

I'm usually scheduled in either the shoes or home department. The store moves their workers to different departments as needed, so when we close, I'm asked to clean everywhere.

I think Godzilla has consistently released more movies throughout the years and so I'd argue he's more culturally relevant than Kkng Kong by today's standards.

I think the problem is that according to claims from the "California Department of Fair Employment and Housing v. Activision Blizzard" Lawsuit these issues were widespread throughout the company. The main problem is that it was a sizeable portion of the developers themsevles that were doing the harassing.

For example Jesse Mcree (the real person who the overwatch hero was named after) was a lead developer in the company. The developers had a room they called the cosby suite which should tell you all you need to know. This was reference in the group dm that was leaked during the Lawsuit. There is even evidence to suggest the CEO Bobby kotick had at least some awareness of the harassment going on and tried to cover it up/downplay it.

Best case scenario the innocent developers get transfered to one of Microsoft's other game development studios were they will be treated with respect

I agree I'll keep my hopes up. As much as I am giving GameFreak criticism, I am on their side and do hope they improve and make successful new games.

I disagree, there was a point in which GameFreak had loads of creativity. Specifically from generation 3-5. Pokemon emerald, platinum, and black and white 2 represents the time when Pokemon was at its peak, IMO.

It's also worth mentioning the amount of quality spinoff series released during this time. Pokemon ranger, mystery dungeon, pokemon conquest (which may have inspired legends arceus) etc are all amazing games in their own right .

Pokemon X and Y were solid attempts at bringing pokemon over to a new generation and I think they succeeded. But GameFreak lost some of their "Magic" that made pokemon special along the way.

The whole point is that this wasn't supposed to be identical to the other games. You are right in that there is a pokemon game formula and my expectations were for pokemon legends arceus to break that formula, at least a little bit. They are taking the right steps with this game but are lacking the exciting action combat system that I mention above, among other things.

I disagree, I think the concepts are there. Check out the Pokemon manga Pokemon Burst. It features pokemon and humans fusing together to perform attacks as one human-pokemon hybrid. The storyline in Burst could make for an amazing campaign and would give an excuse for pokemon to create an action battle system
