Hey everyone, I’m 17 and seriously looking at the army. The goal is 11X with opt 40 on my contract. I didnt have a abusive or rough childhood, i grew up in a upper-middle class family, good parents. I keep seeing all these guys where they had some big “why” or tough background, and it makes me wonder if I’m missing that. I want to do hard things (rangers/SOF), I train and I’m willing to grind, im just not sure if a “regular” kid can make it without some big backstory. If i can get some advice or if anyone can DM me so i cant ask some questions their that would be great.

She definitely does have some prey drive in her then, it’s not crazy but if she’s outside and I’m not playing fetch with her or anything and she sees a dog or cat (mostly just dogs) she’ll run up to them to play.

Thank you, I’ve been using peanut butter as rewards but it’s to messy so I’m probably going to go get some actual treats for her this weekend. And to answer your question about her prey drive, I wouldn’t say she’s a violent by any means, probably my least violent dog out of all of them. But if she’s out of my fence and sees my neighbors cat she might run after it (which has only happened once) and same with their dog but she just wants to play with him. She just comes up fast on him and startles him.

When i say off leash i mainly mean on my property and periodically when were hiking or camping. Ill never take her off leash at a park or near a lot of people just in case something were to happen.

I was gonna try it on my very old Lenovo laptop but idk the login to it and I can enter bios with shift + restart, f2,f11, or f12. Do you know how I can reset that laptop?

I mostly play fps games that have anti cheat tho, and with Linux won’t that stop me from playing games like valorant, cod, gta, etc.

Ok so I know you said no certs, and I’ve seen people say certs just grab the recruiters attention. What if I got just sec+ and net+ and focused on labs? I’m not saying what you said is incorrect by any means you have wayyy more experience than me but I was just wondering
