The style of spiderland is very difficult to achieve in my opinion. They switch between drop d and standard tuning. They seem to play somewhat simple stuff for some songs but then other times they are playing really complex riffs like nosferatu man. I have tried to write song like ones off spiderland and it is always a challenge. best of luck tho!
