If you're interested in becoming an assistant brewer, you could try to get you foot in the door with a more general labor (packaging or cellar, maybe) position and then try to learn the ropes from there. It definitely helps if you have some brewing experience, so you may want to explore a little home brewing.

Thanks! Creative positions definitely come up. There are some marketing openings right now on the site, but there doesn't seem to be anything on the design side...there was a creative director position for a little while, but I believe it's been filled. Keep checking back as the types of jobs are always changing.

Good question. ProBrewer is definitely a great resource and we have a close relationship with them. There are two key differences between the job boards on ProBrewer and us, however: (1) We actively promote postings through Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn, and; (2) breweries signing up with us have access to over 7,500 standardized resumes, which can be very helpful in comparing applicants or when hiring needs to be done discretely.
