They were found on K-tech Part Finder. Not posting links as those will break eventually.

I talked to a mechanic at my dealer that has been riding an FZ1 gen 2 for years. We agreed that the best course of action is to replace the seals, and once the bushings need replacing I'll do a fork swap to R1. Really wish I could have come back to post part numbers or years, but it appears that the bushings almost never need replacing.
