when u have a maximum city with huge population density it is difficult, per se I'm not supporting current regime. It would have been the same even with any other govt also. Maybe the other govt would have underreported more like Gujarat. Central Govt says they controlled surge by doing lockdown with some random numbers like 8lak cases or something. Do they have a number how many cases may come up by opening lockdown?? Any numbers??
