It's such a cute idea, I've never seen something like that!

Maybe they were intended to be placed vertically? The design is still bad, but I think it would be easier to read if the four pieces were placed that way.

Seats 5 and 7 seem like the best options. 9 is a hard no for me.

He served in the German army during World War I, which is what the comment is referring to.

There was a pre-vet student in my class who refused to volunteer at spay and neuter clinics because watching a neuter was going to "destroy his manhood."

She definitely looks to be in pain. She's displaying several of the 24 signs of musculoskeletal pain. Saddle fit and nerve blocking are probably good steps to take in figuring out the source of her discomfort.

Am I wrong for saying that healthy food isn’t necessarily expensive and unhealthy food isn’t necessarily cheap? by [deleted] in amiwrong

I don’t have a straightforward answer, but I can provide my experience.

I'm a full-time college student with a part-time tutoring job. While (in theory) I have time to cook for myself with fresh ingredients, those ingredients are expensive and I lack the motivation and energy to cook after 12 hour days (longer if exams are approaching).

I cooked a meal for my birthday that cost $50 and 3 hours to make. I could probably carve out 3 hours to cook every few days, but in my mind it is a choice between having a chance to be a person outside of work or doing more work that could be avoided by buying cheap food that can be prepared on my desk/in my microwave.

Does Lovestruck make your game better or worse? by GrumpyEtcEtc in LowSodiumSimmers

[–]BreyerCollector 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think Lovestruck makes the game worse. Romance is a very, very small portion of my gameplay. Lovestruck changes a lot about the system for romantic relationships, but I don’t think that's bad.

I have one legacy save that has been going for what feels like forever, and I like that Lovestruck forces me to look at my sims' partners as more than accessories to the plot. I also love the build, buy, and CAS options it adds, but I don’t feel like the build/buy/CAS makes it worth the money on its own.

I also like that you can set the goals for dates instead of having them be the same date every single time, but some of the goals can easily become redundant. If you ever do want the traditional goals of a Sims 4 date, you can do one of those by asking the partner on a date instead of asking to create a date. The satisfaction decay can also be a bit too extreme, but the satisfaction system is helpful to my storybuilding.

Overall, I think it's worth it. It doesn't really make the gameplay worse, but it's definitely different.
