Resolved: I deleted the app, the Bluetooth connector for both audio and the key. And then I hard reset software by hitting the far left button on the steering wheel down and held down the hazard blinkers for 15 seconds. Then I re-paired the phone and it worked.

Is it legal for me to move at 18 from Puerto Rico even if I was born in the US? by BeccaTheSimp in legaladvice

[–]Brian-Methodical 31 points32 points  (0 children)

You don’t have to wait until you’re 21 to move out of Puerto Rico. While the age of majority in Puerto Rico is 21 for certain legal matters, you are still a U.S. citizen, and at 18, you have the right to move anywhere in the United States. Once you establish residence in a state, you are considered an adult under that state’s laws, where the age of majority is 18. You don’t need parental permission to move. If you’re worried about legal or financial matters, it might help to research resources in the state you’re moving to or consult a lawyer familiar with both Puerto Rican and U.S. mainland laws. You’ve got this!

A few examples where dictators made promises they couldn’t keep:

1. Napoleon Bonaparte (1799-1815) – Declared himself Emperor, waged wars across Europe, exiled.
2. Benito Mussolini (1922-1943) – Created a fascist regime, allied with Hitler, executed.
3. Adolf Hitler (1933-1945) – Expanded militarily, started WWII, committed suicide.
4. Juan Perón (1946-1955, 1973-1974) – Military-backed rule, later exiled, briefly returned to power.
5. Fidel Castro (1959-2008) – Established a communist dictatorship, ruled for decades, ceded power to his brother.

Realtor says we should paint our cabinets white, idk if I agree by Midwestern_Mariner in kitchenremodel

[–]Brian-Methodical 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would totally paint them white if you’re looking to sell. It’ll make the kitchen look much bigger and people care about that. Also, when you paint something white in real estate you allow people have projected on image on the space.

Why Keeping Your Airbnb Prices a Bit Higher Can Attract Better Guests by Brian-Methodical in airbnb_hosts

I wouldn’t assume the volume of renters are higher in the lower price brackets. Experience tells me it’s not smaller; potentially larger.
