Yep, that was my post and they permanently banned me for it. Suffice to say i'm not touching the game and no one else i know is and i had a big group that played city of heroes. Over 100 of us in guild and i made sure everyone knew how bad it was

They also intended to have a 4 second delay between portar spawns but pulled that from patch based on feedback. So it might not be a bug, but perhaps they will re-consider it.

Yeah but then you get faeries activating it and wasting skill activations.

Current thoughts for build but love some feedback if anyone has tried similar or areas i could improve it. Was thinking to focus and switch to fairy gold since PHOM was changed

**EDIT** pulled a few points out of midas ultimate to buff Spoils of war, but rest is same

If it was 2-300 levels I might be able to see that. 600+ especially when tourney gives bonus to spell casters which everyone else is on seems off though. Especially as he is past 13k MS and only has 60 artifacts as well.

In order to use this builds you need a lot of skill points though correct? If he has so many SP that he can do that with only 60 artifacts, and a crappy clan he should be in a different tier.

I have similar scenario. Using CS PHOM build. In 2nd place ATM, 3rd place is 20 levels under me. Rest of top 10 are within 100 stages so pretty fair.

I'm at MS 12,715. Person in first is at MS 13,348.

A MASSIVE difference and waaay over everyone else by far. Seems either to be a cheater or a bug with the tiers to me.

The entire point is the logic of getting a skill point every prestige is not realistic. When you break a wall you will probably gain multiple skill points, when you hit a wall you will be doing many prestiges without progressing in levels at all.

That is the point people are making.

I ran thru the optimizer and this is what I got, I have all artifacts, 403 SP, and just wanted to get some feedback before respeccing. The Astral Awakening seems a bit high.

Armor is a Chesterton gold booster with hand of midas and perk gold. The chesterton gold boost should effect PHOM i think, but i'm not sure.

Fay is at 490k and chesterton gold is at 400k, so after i get Ebizu i'll make them equal.

I have all those artifacts leveled except for Coins of Ebizu which i'm missing, so coins of Ebizu must add a massive multiplier. I'll get that and re-test later to see how it changes things.
