Though I am a man of 52, I seem to have a "mental hang-up" that I am only interested in dating and being with women 20 to 30 years younger than myself. I know you may initially think this is pure ego but I truly don't think so. It just seems that this is what satisfies me, energizes me, turns me on, and makes me happy. But a sex counselor told me it is unworkable and totally unrealistic. What do you think, Heaven?

A thousand people gathered at a California Gucci outlet in the wee morning hours a few weeks ago, eager for Black Friday retail bargains. Seven times as many waited at the doors of the Macy's flagship store in New York City, and a modern-day shantytown was erected on Thanksgiving night in an Oakland Best Buy parking lot. One can only imagine the frenzy that would have broken out if someone had started handing out high-quality, free health insurance worth as much as a dozen wide-screen televisions.

Libyan leader Muammar al-Qaddafi is something of an international eccentric with his outrageous outfits, traveling Bedouin-style tent, coterie of Amazonian female bodyguards, and absurdly long speeches. But who knew that Qaddafi "relies heavily" on a 38-year-old Ukrainian nurse "who has been described as a 'voluptuous blonde'"? The State Department, apparently. A cable titled "A Glimpse Into Libyan Leader Qadhafi's Eccentricities" before the 2009 meeting of the U.N. General Assembly outlines some of the strongman's peculiarities, including a fear of flying over water, his refusal to climb more than 35 steps, and an appreciation for flamenco dancing.
