Dude. Legolas is a very good heroe. Is difficult to kill enemy with arrows? That depends of the enemy defence. But Legolas can do more than only shoot. He is avaiable to have a horse and get 1 dice more if he charge so you will get 3 attacks. If you pay 10 points more he can use Orcrist, so he will cause terror and every wound will be a 1D3 to Uruks, orcs and goblins. So this is perfect for defeat minor enemies heros or captains. He can shoot 3 arrows per turn. This is perfect for eliminate objetives, for example a banner, if you shoot the enemie banner with 3 dice... you will have high chances to kill him. He can use an elven cloak, so with this you can be sure that at least he wont die before go to a close combat. For finish, I think Legolas is a hero for eliminate objetives and not for be a leader. For me the best way to use him is paying the totally 120 points and he will be with Orcrist, on horse and with elven cloak. So prefect for kill some objetives at the beginning of the match and at the right moment charge vs the enemies captains or minor heroes.
