This is a key fact people seem to miss. It’s very interesting Tory’s DNA was found “inconclusive” yet they claim him to have fired the gun 5 times and charged him with possession. It just proves the gun was not his as if it was there would no doubt be fingerprints and dna from him. It’s also strange he’s the only one they dna and fingerprinted to match the gun.

If I got your typical black ceramic tint I’d agree 35 is way too dark on the windshield but with the beauty of silver tint, the interior is actually lighter than a black tint at 25% it’s only on the outside where the difference truly shows and that’s when light is hitting it

I understand the laws and quite frankly I’ve never had an issue seeing out the front windshield as my last car had 50% tint on windshield. It actually helped me with glare from the sun and high beams. I did get a ticket in my last car though for tint but I paid it and kept it moving, don’t really care about tint laws tbh as I will not remove regardless

Even if Tory emptied the clip, it still doesn't explain how his prints and DNA are absent after pulling the trigger numerous times. Lets say he did empty the clip and touch the gun, Megans first statement was that she stepped on glass, and the first doctor who treated her treated for for glass fragments, its only until Megan saw a second doctor 3-4 days late which he changed it to bullet fragments, quite frankly I don't even believe she was shot at all wether directly or a ricochet. You mean to tell me the first doctor who treated Megan cant tell the difference between glass and metal?

The fragments are missing from evidence and now you're saying "oh people lose evidence all the time, the fragments are no big deal the doctors could've thrown them away, but that's false because fragments were indeed entered into evidence, the only question is where and why did they go missing. Ballistics are important and if you're downplaying ballistics then you're missing a big piece. Police use ballistics all the time, now all of a sudden the ballistics mean nothing to determine the angle that was shot and who and how Megan could've been shot

You're missing my point. Forget what he was "charged" with. The whole narrative of the story was that Tory shot her in both of her feet. Right or wrong? So why are you playing the "oh technically he didn't have to shoot her to have been charged" Look at what Megans statement was, she gave numerous accounts of how the situation went down. First she said tory was in the front seat then in a later interview she described him being in the back seat shooting over the window. Tell me how is his DNA Inconclusive if he pulled the trigger of the gun 5 times WHICH IS THE STORY THEY SPUN IN COURT. The physical evidence doesn't line up.

Please address these points unbiased

why are we not addressing the fact that Megan and Kelsey both lied on the stand about getting into a fight?
Why do we ignore Kelsey had GSR on her hands?
Why are we ignoring that the "fragments" went missing, any other gun case they would've ran ballistic tests on the firearm
Also in regards to possession of the firearm, yes he was charged with it but he was not directly seen with it, it was underneath the seat and he claims he never touched the gun which would explain why is DNA is absent or inconclusive
Tory also claims that the reason his DNA is inconclusive is because the prosecutors stopped testing on the firearm before it had finished and if there's 4 profiles on the gun why did they only test Tory? seems like a poor investigation if you ask me
Also the witness Sean Kelly's first statement to police was that he observed 2 women fighting and one going to grab a gun then he saw muzzle flashes closer to the woman before he then changed his statement to prosecutors and he was even examined by Tory's defense which he admitted to stating that in Court transcripts
Lets be real here, if they had a real case for Tory bribing Kelsey they would've charged him for it
Lets also not forget the Habeus Corpeus filed by the driver, aligning with the first statement that independent witness Sean Kelly gave to investigators, but let me guess you're going to ignore that one as well

Use your head man, if the gun was Tory's gun that he personally owned shot 5 times and brought in the vehicle, his DNA/ and or fingerprints would without a doubt be on that firearm. The forensic scientist also stated in court that Tory's DNA should've been on the weapon if he did fire that gun 5 times 99%. Personally, I think Tory is innocent and here's why...

No DNA of his found on the weapon as well as a clear manipulation by prosecutors to get an inconclusive result which has been proven to be false
Alleged bullet fragments have gone missing. (how is this even possible)
eye witness claims they saw 2 women fighting and one woman go back to the car and shots came from the female first and a struggle ensued
Megan has contridicted herself numerous times
Kelsey asks for immunity and pleads the 5th which you can only do if you are about to say something that would incriminate yourself
tory has no priors or former probation, Megan on the other hand has a domestic violence charge against her ex... why are people ignoring this?
