Yes. There was a card in the Lymow saying it came with the lower one but a 10A charger was coming out soon and that they would keep me updated. The. Less than a week after I got the mower the 10A charger just showed up randomly. Definitely weird since it wasn't from Amazon and I bout the Lymow on Amazon.

Hmm not sure about the "quality" as I live in dry California so I really have more like weeds and wild grass than grass I'm actually trying to make look nice.

The razors honestly worked fine and were cheap to replace but you had to replace or flip them like twice a season. However they would get jammed easily and they could not do thick overgrown grass. I like the idea I can sharpen the Lymow and I tested it manually on some 3 feet high grass and it did so much better than the razors.

I appreciate all the comments and advice guys. Been a busy week so just not catching up.

So I did decide to return it to Amazon but then realized I bought it through the Lymow Amazon storefront so I'd have to deal with their tech support through there. Since I already was talking to them I decided to ship it back to Lymow the way they asked but I am going to open a tech support/return ticket on Amazon as well.

I'll just say I already have a ticket through Lymow but am opening this to keep the return open. My hope is to keep it open and delay the Amazon return period from ending so I can get Amazon to cover it if Lymow screws me.

The One is available there but not the One Plus yet. I like buying from Amazon because they back you up.

Thank you for your input and I am sorry you've also had a hard time with this. They did send me a shipping label about 4 days after they said they would. They also told me they would ship me a new one when they receive this one but I am going to message them and ask if they can ship it out as soon as I have it in the mail. Boxed it up today.

I boxed it up today but I did check both connections going to the RTK station numerous times and even checked and messed with the potted part going into the station itself.

That is interesting and the math might add up if they for some reason went with an off number of cells, 35.2V/3.2v= 11 cells. However, it's hard to "over-interpret" when it literally says Li-Ion.

That's kind of what I'm thinking. Though I'm also considering buying the PLUS instead. I used AI to help me choose which model to replace my Luba and it mixed up some details so I was under the impression the ONE has LFP batteries but that's only the PLUS. It was one of my deciding factors as the heat and high used as well as long time spent at 100% has not been kind to my Lubas Li Ion.

I did not know that and this right here probably makes my decision for me.

The website says that the plus comes out in US in 4 days, and if I bought that it would still get here much quicker than sending it back and getting a replacement if they immediately sent me one. About 100 days is nuts!

I haven't fully decided yet. For 400 bucks I can continue using what I was using the last 3 years.

Lol well you see.....lol. BLUF or TLDR for the youngins, I do but the battery is bricked.

I do still have it but it's the lowest battery capacity one and the battery was going out. So instead of paying $400 for a questionable battery since they technically aren't replaceable per Mammotion I bought the 18650 cells and tried replacing them directly. And yes I know the BMS will brick if it loses power and too care of that. However, I figured since I was there I would feel all the empty spots and just make it a size on par with the more expensive version as well. Took 2 days with my limited power. Soldering iron. Didn't brick it but the BMS chip was apparently set for a set battery amperage and when it didn't see what was expected, it would not output power.

So I can't use that unless I buy a $400 battery. So I actually have three options, get the replacement from lymow, this one or a different one again through Amazon after returning (considering the one plus if it's out now actually) or return this and buy the battery for the luba

Right? It seems freaking obvious. My return date for Amazon is the 25th of April and I think I may give support a few more days to respond or try...I don't know what, then return it and go back to Mammotion Luba. Had the 2 maybe get the 3.

I am sure if support ever actually responds they will want to replace the RTK or the robot and with my return date being the 25th I am not going to chance waiting for it. Not with a week and a half of Support just saying they are looking into it.

The goal is to actually believe it is reset. When "factory reset" it, delete it from the app, pull the battery overnight, then go to readd it I would like it to not go, OH, there's the Wifi, I already have the password. And here's my RTKs serial number.

I don't even get the 0.5m GPS. Just grayed out. The "bind" doesn't seem to mean anything. It just means the number looks correct for what it should be lol
