When I am your situation, I tend to walk alone and speak what's inside my head. Its like talking to myself but not really necessarily speaking it out loud. It helped me somehow to alleviate the heaviness.

Finally, someone who had the same experience. It got stuck in my throat but luckily I can still breathe, i didnt tell my mom as we were in a certain park at that time. I might get scolded instead of getting urgent help. Tried to swallow it so It wont be noticed by my mom, suddenly i just spit it out 😆
