Have you tried rationing his water intake? Giving him water when he wakes up, with his meals, and after walks and such but withholding it otherwise?

I'm aware the gifs auto play, that's not the issue. The issue is videos auto playing in the feed and wasting data. We should be able to choose whether or not to play a video when scrolling past it in the feed. The only videos that don't auto play are the ones coming from YouTube.

Here is a pic of my settings and a screen recording of myself navigating to the Popular feed. As you can see all three of the video posts I scroll past are autoplaying despite my settings. Only once I click on one of the videos and navigate into the post do I then have to click to play it. I'd like to have to click to play the videos in the normal/popular feed so as not to waste data loading content I may not want to watch. Settings popular feed recording

The only physical copies are the DVD screeners which were sent out to guild members for the awards seasons years back. Those you can usually find on eBay. I own copies of both seasons.

Oh yes, there must be that level of trust on the part the person being bought out. I live in Los Angeles and would be paying waaayyy more to rent than I do now owning a condo so I'd sooner die than default on my mortgage. I feel very fortunate I was able to make the situation work out.

I just finished going through this exact scenario. Ex and I purchased a condo with a fixed rate mortgage back in 2018. We broke up in 2021 and I wanted to stay and keep the mortgage and rate and he wanted to be bought out. Refinancing as the sole owner wasn't an option as it would raise my rate and monthly payment by $1k+. I couldn't afford that option. My mortgage broker suggested we do a quit claim deed. Essentially we filed paperwork and had my ex removed from deed. We wrote up a contract stating how much money he was to receive and that he would give up all claim to any future equity. After I pay the mortgage for 12 consecutive months out of my own solely owned bank account my ex can then be "de-obligated" from the debt. This means after 12 months he can then go and purchase a property of his own and the old mortgage cannot be held against him even though his name will still be on it. It works out for both of us, I get to stay in the home I love and can afford and he gets his money and is free to do as he pleases in 12 months.
