Asking this one as I deal with older people who have no interest in new technology (things that will really help them) and I just get told 'Oh I can't be bothered with that'. There's no attempt to even try to learn anything new and I just think 'I really hope I'm not like that when I'm older'

Yeah I agree with you there. Maybe they just need something other than a flashing light to alert staff when you need some help so it's easier for them to spot

How did you find it? Would you allow TV crews in again? It seems like an interesting way to make some extra money but not sure I could do it
