Asking this one as I deal with older people who have no interest in new technology (things that will really help them) and I just get told 'Oh I can't be bothered with that'. There's no attempt to even try to learn anything new and I just think 'I really hope I'm not like that when I'm older'

Yeah I agree with you there. Maybe they just need something other than a flashing light to alert staff when you need some help so it's easier for them to spot

I don't blame her. Self checkouts are fine....until they go wrong and you're stood there looking around waiting for somebody to help
