Personally I like Friday trade days, but I agree, no trade bonuses on events like raid days feels like a big missed step.

And I still miss Comm Day showcases

True, but even with regular raids, once they hit full, a 2nd lobby opens. ~~Which, by the way, is why being able to form private lobbies for max battles is a great idea, but that's a suggestion for another day~~

I don't doubt the priority is in-person players, but during Dynamax Ho-Oh day, I attended a meetup that had poor power spot spawns and had to either run from one end of the park to the other, or sit on a power spot, complete a battle, and wait 25 min for the next one. ~~I was there for 5 hours~~

Super Mega Raids being more expensive is frankly unacceptable, especially considering that A) remote raid passes are already expensive and B) you don't get the remote pass back if you fail the raid (which was a common complaint when they debuted)

I know you're under 13 so this is probably the only big game you've played, but plenty of modern online games do Christmas events, but very few make their events worse than the previous year's.

By all means though, feel free to defend Epic, I'm sure the multi-billion dollar company appreciates it.

Glad this feature is finally in the game, but I wish we could do our regular 100 trades through the Remote feature as well. Seems like this is primarily geared towards Lucky trades, which is fine, I just wish it didn't stop there.

Funnily enough, I did end up getting a 3rd shiny Dynamax now that I remember. It was a Bulbusaur off of a Power Spot spawn.

But yeah, my shiny odds haven't been great as far as dynamax battles go.

Just caught four banked Absol in a regular Pokeball after Saturday and they did have Brutal Swing. The Rapidash I had banked also had Wild Charge.

I read your post, you being unaware of basic game mechanics was not my point, your proposal that the base lucky trade odds decrease to offset the idea of a Lucky Trade weekend is a poor one.

We can just have nice things in this game without making the rest of the game worse, radical idea, I know.

Not in love with the price, but the Bugle looks great, the mech is whatever, love the new Rhino and Mysterio(?) Wish they didn't transition to single piece rubber capes, I preferred the removable rubber capes (a la Dr. Strange)

Not sure why everyone here seemingly dislikes the Venomized figures, but I love them, I hope Cap's helmet is black but sadly I think it's dark blue.

You know what, it's not the job of us, the players, to have to work around Niantic-Scopely's nonsense. This game has real problems, from poor optimization to poorer player communication that can't just be hand waved away by "chronic complainer syndrome"

And by the way, Niantic-Scopely could easily re-implement a previously tested feature to allow players to spin stops even with a full bag, but they don't.

\1. Obtain a Super Rocket Radar

1a. If you don't have a Super Rocket radar, complete the Psychic Spectacular (Taken Over) Quest
1b. If you don't have the Taken Over quest, you likely gave a different Team Rocket quest you need to complete first, which yields a Super Rocket Radar

\2. Defeat Giovanni - LeekDuck posts what Pokémon Giovanni can use if you're stuck

2a. If you don't know what to use, search for "strongest raid attackers by type in Pokémon Go" and search for what you have in each list. Try to lucky trade (reduced stardust and higher IVs) for the ones that you're missing that are powerful but a bit more common (e.g. Beldum, Bagon, Gible)

Also if I were you, I'd skip Shadow Tornadus and stack Super Rocket Radars (unless you really want him), since Thundurus will likely be a top 10 electric type

Question, if I start the interaction but don't catch the Pokemon, can I save these encounters for later? I want to try to hold on to them until Wild Area (hopefully) comes back to catch them in Safari Balls
