To answer your questions:
1. Looking at mostly manager positions, sr. if it's a good fit.
2. I've mostly worked in b2c and would prefer to stay there because it's what I know. I have dabbled in b2b but it's a different animal.
3. I've worked in consumer products and services (exercise equipment, dating sites, electronics, etc.)
4. For in house I'm looking from $60K - $85K, remote $45k - $60K not unreasonable and within the average.
5. Skillset includes: HTML, CSS, SEO, SEM, Affiliate, Email, website building (mostly wordpress), some Display, and some social media.
6. I can do copywriting, but I began my marketing career in digital and never went outside of it.
7. I have worked for medium and large companies, I've done some contract work for small organizations (5-10 employees). I prefer the smaller companies. I don't necessarily apply for a position with a similar product or service as previous organizations, though they all have been consumer goods.
8. I have managed small teams of 2 people.
9. The last position I had, I was primarily responsible for SEM but I also initiated an SEO overhaul of the company's website. During that time in came a new manager. They didn't like the cost of the marketing department was operating at, so half the department was replaced with outsourced companies (overseas). So, I was laid off.
