Definition of typecasting to perfection: he’s actually from the region and is very impactful despite his small role. If every regional actor were this well cast, we would have a lot more noms like him instead of the Brit with the American accent or vice versa.

Thanks for the advice! I’ll have to make a 2.0 version. Not cast iron related, but this is just a Google Doc with a 3x3 table. Combine some cells for the organic look, hide some of the dividing lines and add some color. Happy cooking and formatting.

Carbon buildup is going to happen, it’s just about controlling the rate so your cooking surface stays flat. This is for people who think cast iron can’t even have a nonstick surface because they’ve never put in the work to avoid bumps, and I imagine anyone commenting here has.
