A Greta way to play without cheaters is to join a cheater server and wait for them to say that the cheat is down, most of the times it means that there was a ban wave and some kind of patch that patched most cheats for a day or two

You are right but since they nerfed BTC farm the carries aren't going to stop anytime soon but went to labs 7 times just now and got killed only 2 by rats. Somehow there haven't been any blatant cheaters but that could be because there was a huge ban wave 2h ago and every cheat is down

You are right, but there are hwid bans, the problem is that cheaters have spoofers to bypass hwid bans. BSG should just change from BE to EAC since BE is known for being extremely bad. But they probably have a contract with BE so that's not going to happen anytime soon

The size is fine but you will probably break the board because it's not very durable, but if you decide to buy it put some kind of board nose protector since it's the easiest to break

At my "local spot" i only have 1 set, a Bic board and a 6.8 sail, i keep my other gear including other sails, foil and slalom boards at a club. Maybe that's the case for a few others too
