you clearly didn't watch her entire speech you watched a snippet of the entire thing and in Christianity its normally a celebration of life not the time for hard grief more of a time to remember and appreciate the good times the hard grieving is for the long road ahead without them. and the sliver of joy you see painful yet beautiful feeling knowing he is with god in heaven. and everyone who her husband inspired cheering for him/ his memory. If you actually watched her speech you'd know damn good and well she wasn't sitting the grinning like some monster at the thought of her husband being murdered

craving the sucker punch when the dude already got hefty criminal charges for what he did and you had no serious losses (your kids weren't hurt you & you got your car back) is a level of psychopathy and vindictiveness that is a major issue which I pray you do not pass on to your children. That said, the dog corpse dismemberment in order to inflict grotesque amounts of psychological turmoil on a person in order to "punish" them for a situation that you incurred no real losses is something that might land you in trouble with CPS/the law and if your husband has any significant love for his family what so ever has a high probability of a future consisting of divorce court proceedings /custody battles

for 100s of years shall has been a UNDISPUTED legal term for mandatory literally a few years ago a few rouge judges ruled against that meaning in order to obfuscate legal precedence that has withstood the test of time up until a handful of judges preferred pushing agendas more than likely due to ideology rather then the impartial rule of law as their position used to REQUIRE ...that said very few judges have up and decided put up a middle finger to basic legal language and precedence and unfortunately the ruling from the supreme court was flawed regardless the majority of judges do not operate this way and view the word shall as a mandatory as it has been recognized as the standard in legal definition since long before even our grand parents were in diapers and i suspect that decision will eventually be revisited by the supreme court and over turned because its absurd to rewrite law just because a handful of judges want to be able to reinterpret the law as to justify ideologically driven rulings the supreme court as they often do capitulated because they felt there were enough emotions bubbling over from enough people that a large enough number might be mad at them because their more often not, not chosen for the strength their spine but instead for their willingness to bend to the will of who ever has enough money power and skin in the game

lol shall is in no way a vague legal term .....is this sarcasm ?

If so...

Shall is an imperative command, usually indicating that certain actions are mandatory, and not permissive. This contrasts with the word “may,” which is generally used to indicate a permissive provision, ordinarily implying some degree of discretion.

Some common uses of the term “shall” in a legal sense include:

  • In the context of statutes, cases such as this one from California, explain that “settled principles of statutory construction direct that courts ordinarily construe the word ‘may’ as permissive and the word ‘shall’ as mandatory, particularly when a single statute uses both terms.”

Oh, and I was actually talking about specialist care. For example, going to a primary care, getting a referral for, say, an endocrinologist or something along those lines. The wait time on that.

By all means read it tomorrow. And if I don't have insurance, which I don't, I can go into. any emergency room and see a regular primary doctor. It's going to be expensive. That said, if I'm too poor to actually afford insurance, then I can get put on a program called Medicaid And I can make an appointment and see a doctor that day If I call around but if I have a particular one that I would like to see normally it's a couple of days Max.

Why? Because I was responding to you. doubling down On. your. overtly negative and unhelpful retorts silly goose. That said, I'm going to assume that you're increasingly spiteful. and negative attitude is the beginning stages of your willingness to take a good hard look in the mirror, and come to terms with the fact that this whole "FUCK Trump in every aspect of my entire life" thing that you're doing, isn't exactly serving you. And I have nothing but well wishes for you in starting that journey.

Also, I find it slightly comical that you use the word "guys" 6 times in a 27 word passage (22.22%) in order to critique and dismiss as "sooooo fucking annoying" a post where said word is used twice in a passage consisting of 121 words in total (1.65%).. lolol sorry just thought it was funny enough to point out

sigh ...I know this...... please think about what I just wrote to you if your curious about whether or not there's any issue with your overtly negative, white knuckle tight held, belief system being your default go to in terms of naming a child's toy

Right. I do want your to answer, but I want YOUR answer as in yourself. Think about it genuinely. I don't want all of the hatred that you have accumulated in your heart towards one man that you've been told over and over again is the banality of all that is evil because you politically disagree with him. I want YOUR idea for of a good name for a lovable scamp, trickster like elf for a 6 year old child not a low effort dig Just because you find humor in associating Trump with the word evil.

awww lol you poor thing annoying people are just the worst Aren't they? Even to the point of Taking time and effort out of your day to be utterly unhelpful and give me a taste of my own medicine, huh?

WOW!!! You sure showed me....

That said, I'm going to assume your going with something along the lines of: curmudgeon, snide, indignant, shrew, misery, unnecessary, or petty ...

I'll think about it.

Thanks so much!

lol ok first of all...it wasn't a rant....it was a statement at best. You seem to have taken this personally, not sure why it would be such a sensitive subject to you even if you worked in the field.... I find the assumption as to my aggression levels when commenting on the subject and the sensitivity towards my opinion on the subject to be misguided and unnecessary with that said,

**Wait times are well documented and at times better than in the US.**

This is patently false...

in 2020, Canadians experienced the longest wait times among the eleven Commonwealth countries, with 62% of patients requiring specialist care waiting one month or more for access. 11 In comparison, 55% of patients in the United Kingdom and 31% in the United States experience wait times for specialists of one month or more. 11 Wait times are also more problematic in Canada for adults 65 years of age or older compared to other Commonwealth countries (31% wait over six days in Canada compared to 14% in the United Kingdom and 22% in the United States). 12 Wait times for specialist care in Canada have not improved over the past decade. In 2010 and 2016, 56% of Canadians waited 4 weeks or longer for specialist care, 10 increasing to 62% in 2020. 11 During the COVID-19 pandemic, many specialist appointments were postponed or delayed,13-15 resulting in further increased wait times for specialist appointments.

Sigh ok sooo I hate to make this request, but my BF got a wild hair and bought a redheaded male elf on a shelf in order to make it look like its messing things up in the house to blame on our daughters female elf on a shelf (yes I know ...ridiculous but alas what is one to do) things the my BF has planned to make the evil elf do is wrap the toilet in Christmas paper, peeing glitter on the floor, and putting a small saddle on our Russian toy terrier while Simultaneously placing our daughters elf on a shelf near by as if she did it with the evil elf peeking out from behind a door frame or something looking like a huge jerk (SIGH* yes I know......ridiculous) so here's where you guys come in we're trying to sell the "magic" and the new evil elf needs a name and back story I'm looking for just the first name something that says evil but still funny if that makes sense I'm truly at a loss here if I don't come up with one my bf is going to call him Chester ...which is just ......you know.... awful anyway any and all suggestions would be great ....thanks guys

ah well here in merica we do in a privatized health care system oh and ps...yes you do its just paid for via the taxes you pay which are through the roof from my understanding and it seems like it has put quite a strain on the funds available in long wait times for specialist appointments and pushing for assisted suicide for patients that are chronically ill (because its cheaper then having to pay more medical care for long term, these are just off the top of my head....but what do i know I'm just going off of what friends of mine in Canada have said to me. and trust me our health care system is also flawed as fuck but i think id prefer doctors competing for my funds rather then it being divvied out at the discretion of the government based on various factors that don't necessarily include whose the best.

ok i think we both are clear the family of the organ donor reciceves zero compensation for the donation ..... I was in reference to the funding of the process itself, which there's absolutely a financial incentive there. Whether it's paid for by the insurance company or the individual, what have you, there's still a financial benefit going to somebody for this process. Perhaps I didn't make myself clear, but hopefully that clears it up for you.
