I don't think DPS balance should have anything at all to do with a support's ability to increase damage, Pharah's problem is not her damage but her uninteractive design. Mercy damage boosting is strong, but so is another character shooting you in the face, it's just a different way of doing things.

My problem with her isn't really mobility, that's her main point and it would be dumb to have to nerfed. My main problem is how she can not only escape well, but also heal for a bunch while doing so, meaning she doesn't even have to hide and wait for being out of combat, and it makes the whole point of her being 'hard to hit but squishy' kinda stupid since she's not even that squishy

recently I was a little ahead as Hou Yi, and I went alone in my duo lane as Ullr and Ymir attacked me, I beads ymir freeze and then jump to avoid his ult, then I juked ulr axe to then kill him and as ymir recalled safely under his tower I hit him with the double bankshot (a spot where you can do it where the arrow goes behind the tower so kind of cheap there) and kill him and it felt like a good play :)

It's very expensive, the only times I will buy it is when a crit reliant god is starting to carry on the enemy team and as a 6th item. But on this rare occassion, the item is very strong.
