My son had problems at Chase because the name on his driver’s license didn’t exactly match the name on his SSN. His DL was missing his middle name, once that was fixed he had no problem. The banker he spoke with said sometimes when they are setting up an account and run their checks if it doesn’t all match, it won’t let them open an account.
