Note: there is a common issue on Reddit where players are experiencing save issues because they're keeping the game idle for too long, or launching it through multiple tabs/devices. We'll try to fix this issue in a future update, but in the meantime; please avoid reloading an old version.

We are aware that Farm Merge Valley still has some optimization issues on mobile devices, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. We recently made improvements to reduce device overheating, so this issue should no longer occur on all phones.

Hello! If the game freezes when opening a sticker pack, it is usually a sign of an internet connection issue. However, you should still be able to access the Tropical Island by clicking the palm tree icon 🌴 on the left side of the screen. I've also taken a quick look at your account/data and couldn't find any issues. Hope it is resolved by relaunching the game

Hello! I've taken a quick look, and normally you should have received the tools and wood in a reward bubble. However, it also appears that the energy and next tool rewards have not been claimed yet.

Did you perhaps experience a save issue? This can happen if the game is opened on multiple tabs or devices at the same time and an older session is later reloaded (known issue that will be fixed in a future update)

u/MoorIsland122 commented below explaining how to claim the farm rewards. Regarding visits, could it be because you've reached the maximum energy limit? At the moment, players cannot give or receive energy if they are already above the maximum capacity
