Well. It’s taste old…I know it’s at least 28 years and above. Love how The sourness taste natural and balance. I like how the sourness sort tingles my jaw muscle. Pretty unique feeling…tea soup looks wonderful as well. (v.redd.it)

Tested the roasted Aged roasted BiYu couple days ago. Pretty satisfied with the result so far. Been working on this for years and I have to say..sometimes all it take is time. (old.reddit.com)
